Including twice daily yoga classes and meditation workshops with world-renowned New York-based instructor Terri Barnett, healthy farm-to-table meals, nightly wine tastings, spa experiences, excursions in Tuscany, a cooking class with Tuscan chef Giancarla Bodoni and five-star accommodations at Monteverdi Tuscany—a boutique hotel in a medieval hilltop hamlet—this escape offers sweeping views of rolling fields, watchtowers and walled cities, sunflowers and vineyards. The four-day retreat promises to ignite passion, indulge the senses, awaken and transform.

O2 Aspen owner Brittany Van Domelen discovered Barnett’s highly sought-after yoga and meditation classes while living in New York City and immediately identified with her teaching style. “Terri teaches a powerful, fitness focused class, but it never feels like boot camp—she’s incredibly soft and caring,” says Van Domelen. “In her class, you reach a state of mediation without trying too hard.”

The retreat caters to everyone from the seasoned yogi to a beginner seeking a relaxing and healthy vacation. “The retreat is structured so that people can participate in multiple activities, or customize their wellness experience and make it their own,” says Van Domelen.
