Not Your Grandmother's Fur Coat - Lysa Lash & Wyld Empyre Bring Contemporary Styles to Aspen

Fourth generation furrier, Lysa Lash, brought her exclusive Canadian furs to Aspen for one weekend, this President’s Day holiday. As clients dropped by the Hotel Jerome to lock eyes on the collection, Lash styled her guests in cropped mink hoodies, died fox-fur stoles, chinchilla vests, and boleros galore, each with a unique twist, feather-light and ready to be dressed up or down. (What could be more Aspen than that?) The artfully created pieces mixed perfectly with the co-host for the weekend, Wyld Empyre—luxury exotic skin handbags made by a former sculptor, Lauren Blake. On February 16, 2019, Aspen Peak stopped by to fete the designers.
